Every energy technology receives government support in a variety of forms. Achieving the 20% wind vision will require federal policies that provide stability and predictability for investors in clean energy technologies and promote construction of the transmission infrastructure needed to deliver renewable energy to urban areas.
AWEA believes it is critical to have a complimentary array of programs that fit together, as outlined below, to bring about short, medium and long-term effects.
